3. CMA F. H. Atkinson (1955-56)
In 1955, District Societies of the Institute were established in four important centres, viz., Calcutta, Bombay, Delhi, & Madras.
 
 
2. CMA N. Sarkar (1948-54)
Federal Public Services Commission invited applications from the members of the Institute for installing Costing System.
 
The First Convocation of the Institute was held on the 16th May, 1949, at Calcutta and Mr. A.J. Elkins, President, Bengal Chamber of Commerce, was the Chief Guest.
 
The Council started publishing a Monthly Bulletin of its own, from July, 1950.     Read More...
1. CMA M. Shoaib (1944-47)
The Factory Accounts Branch of the Military Accounts Department of the Government of India deputed thirty students for training in the Institute’s Training Classes during the year 1944.
 
The Director of Audit, War & Supply, also deputed 5 students for the Intermediate Examination, in the year 1945.
The Government of the H.E.H., the Nizam of the Hyderabad deputed 3 students for the Intermediate Examination in the year 1946.
 
Large organisations started feeling the need for Costing Systems, and the Institute was approached many times for personnel to do Costing work.
